The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Qoreta and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Qoreta.
User-Generated Content
By using Qoreta to generate blog posts, imagery, and other content, you retain full ownership of the final generated materials once they are published to your platform, provided your account is in good standing.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Spam or manipulate search engine algorithms using deceptive practices.
- Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism of the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Qoreta reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, but will always provide existing customers with advance notice of any pricing changes.

In no event shall Qoreta, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
